Bio-One

I can’t say enough positive things about Bio-One! They had to clean out a 3,400 square foot house with four floors and no air conditioning in summer! They are extremely professional, polite, hard working and take great pride in their work. I am amazed by what they accomplished. This was a deceased relative that lived in the house over 40 years and didn’t like to throw things away. Whether your job includes bio hazards or not…this is the company you want to hire to move your things. It was a big job that took 2.5 days.Here are a few before and after pictures

Horrible experience. First, I was charged by time, (a day and a half). When they only worked a day and wanted full payment, I was told they "sent an extra guy" without my knowledge or consent, so it was the same price. After the owner Bruce gave me a very compelling story about how he wanted to do right by the community, be gave me a discount of $400, even though I was overcharged $1200. I paid because I didn't want to fight, but when I realized the job was actually not completed, and I contacted Bruce to see when they could come back to finish, I was ghosted. Overcharged and work not completed. Call ANYONE else. (Pics are of incomplete work left behind)

Response time was great. Service was exceptional. I have used Bio-One on 5 occasions and will use them again.

Bruce and his team were extremely professional and performed the cleaning services needed with dignity and respect for my situation. They came out next-day and did a thorough job and had very open lines of communication throughout the process. I really appreciate the way they handled the situation and the job they did. Bio-One did a cleanup job for me. They were available within a few days of when I needed the work done, came on time, and did a good job. There was a complication. A thief stole Boston Bio-One's owner's email login and from that email account, asked me to transfer the payment via ACH. Bruce, the owner, handled the issue very well. Thanks Bruce!
