Customer !! I can tell it’s more than just job to the owner Matthew the compassion he showed me

During such a chaotic & stressful time not knowing what to do or who to call, I searched in my area online and found Elite # I on Google reviews and boy did I pick the right company I can’t even begin to explain how Elite went way above and beyond for my family above my high expectations could’ve imagined & how blown away I am with their quality of work from these guys & how Matt always kept us informed every step of the way!!! And There’s no word to express my gratitude!!!!’ thank you Matt & crew !!!

I had a great experience working with Elite for water cleanup, demo, and restoration in my basement. The crew (Leo and Denis were the main muscle) was timely, respectful, and incredibly clean throughout the entire process. Matt was fantastic to work with. He was clear and communicative about expectations, always willing to find ways to make my ideas work, and ready with helpful suggestions when I needed guidance. He also coordinated additional support like electrical which was a huge help. I’m grateful for Elite’s professionalism, organization, and quality workmanship. Highly recommend!
