Paul at Alinea did a terrific job with our inspection. He was thorough and diligent, taking the time needed to do things like check each window and outlet, for example. Paul was patient and answered all questions while we were there giving me a general rundown of what he was seeing while reminding me that it was the final report that counted. When I reached out to ask about our water test which was taking longer than the other reports, Paul was prompt to respond. Committed to getting the results from the lab and met those commitments (I understand the lab is outside of Paul's control) Lastly, Paul was exceptionally polite and thoughtful. When he entered the house he took his shoes off. I would absolutely recommend Paul and Alinea for anyone looking for a home inspector in his service area!

We had a great experience working with Paul. He helped us get to the bottom of a septic malfunction that had become confusing and stressful. From the start, he approached the situation with patience, care, and a genuine willingness to help. He took the time to talk through everything with us clearly, answer all of our questions, and even communicate with our builder so everyone understood what was going on. His professionalism and calm approach made a big difference during a situation that could have easily been overwhelming. He was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind and respectful throughout the entire process.
