A recent Google reviewer calls the group thorough and professional. A recent Google customer says the inspection misidentified the leachfield location, the septic system failed as soon as they moved in, and a repair of $10,000 to $20,000 followed; that customer says they are taking the company to court. A 2025 Google customer said the inspectors left an outside faucet running and destroyed the brass sewer line cap, and that the cap was later replaced with a cheap Home Depot one by a worker who was rude about it.
Buckle up for an immediate 10-20k septic repair after these people do your inspection. Misidentified the leachfield location entirely, and it immediately failed when we moved in. Our groundwork guy and septic servicer both said that they’ve been to many homes to do repairs after this company ok’d the system. Chose ANYone else. Taking them to court swiftly .

Thorough Professional Knowledgeable More then Fair
Terrible. They inspected my home and left my outside faucet running and also destroyed my sewer line cap. When they came back to fix my sewer cap he was rude and said he didn’t leave the water on. He did not replace my brass sewer cap but instead used some cheap Home Depot cap. Then when he left he said three guys were inspecting the house and maybe one of them left the water on.
