A September refrigerator customer said Ali came over quickly, diagnosed the issue and coordinated installation around their schedule once the parts arrived. Another customer described a same-day refrigerator repair by Ali. A June Thumbtack reviewer said the worker responded in about an hour, assessed the issue that day, then returned the next day to install the ordered part. Customers also describe what happened at the appliance itself. A September reviewer said Ali found why a gas stove's broiler was not working, restored it with a part he had and explained the broiler function. Another credited Nail with getting a top-loading washer running and explaining things before taking action. A dryer customer said the worker picked up the parts, resolved the problem and cleaned up afterward. One customer reported repairs to both a freezer and a dishwasher. Pricing praise comes with specific experiences. An August washing-machine customer called the price fair and said the machine worked well afterward. A September reviewer said Ali kept his word on cost through a challenging repair to an older refrigerator and communicated about appointments.
