We had seen her in action at many open houses over the two years we were searching and knew that she priced to perfection and did as well as it was possible to do for her sellers. Fast forward a few years when it was time for us to sell I gave her a call. She provided clear instructions for what we needed to do to prepare the house for showing (which we followed exactly), orchestrated an excellent multimedia marketing campaign that presented the house at its best, priced it perfectly and ran a smooth sales process to completion. She is absolutely the best realtor in Newburyport.

She and her team also did a terrific job putting in the extra effort to showcase our home in the best possible light, through professional photoshoots (and reshoots as needed), staging advice and even providing staging items. In addition, her professional network came in handy when we needed referral expertise to not only work on areas of the house, but also the closing.

Alissa was incredibly knowledgeable and well-versed in the market. Every home we looked at, it seemed she had represented either a buyer or seller on the same street (including our eventual neighbor)! We were one of several offers on the home, and Alissa's expertly recommended we include a use and occupancy provision in our offer, which ended up being the deciding factor in our offer on our dream home being accepted!
