Thermocrete Chimney Sweeps, LLC

Thermocretes work was great, professional, offered alternatives, reliable, fast, and very reasonable in pricing... I would highly recommend the over all others. Called some other "big name" outfits and they said they would be out to do an estimate and never showed or didn't want to take on the job ... Thermocrete got it done!

Johnathan was professional, knowledgeable, personable and dependable! He knew exactly what my older home’s chimney needed to make it ready to use with a pellet stove! He communicated well and finished the work quickly from time of first inquiry to job completion! I would definitely recommend his company.

Jon was so great to work with! I had water getting into my fireplace and knew that my chimney crown wasn’t looking great, so I contacted Thermocrete for a quote to get the crown redone. Jon gave me a great price (just a few hours later) and came out a couple of weeks later to get it done. I’m so happy with how it looks and excited to not get water in the fireplace anymore!

Jon was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Very efficient and thorough cleaning as well as ann inspection of our chimney. Completely reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend and will be using Thermocrete again in the future!

My furnace was slowly destroying the brick chimney and staining the LR ceiling due to the build-up of condensation in the flue, a common issue with newer high-efficiency systems. Seems the former owner of my house skimped on having a proper liner installed when they upgraded the furnace. Jon set a date to come look at it, arrived on time, answered all my questions, and sent a quote (the same day!) to install a stainless steel liner. Once I accepted the quote, the job was scheduled less than 2 weeks later. He showed up with his dad (again on time), did everything he said he would, left the work area cleaner than it was before he started, and stuck to his price. No surprises. It was also important to me that I work with a family business. Jon (the owner) did the job himself, and he clearly cares about the quality of his work. I found him personable, courteous, and honest. With a lifetime guarantee on the liner, I may never have the chance to work with Jon again, but I'm telling everyone about my experience and recommending him!
