Reviewers who hired All Around Tree & Landscape for tree removal call the experience among the best they've had, citing fair pricing and clean, efficient work — a 2018 Google review singled out the value on a tree-removal job, and a 2020 review praised landscaping and tree service together on the same terms. That praise sits alongside an older, more critical account. A 2013 reviewer described a $300 fallen-tree-and-yard-cleanup job hit with a string of excuses — a broken chipper, staffing trouble, weather — before the crew finally arrived and then said part of the promised cleanup work wouldn't be done. It's the oldest of the three reviews on file, so it may not reflect how the company operates now, and Google's own 4-star average across 3 ratings is consistent with this mixed record: two five-star reviews and one two-star account. With only three written reviews spanning 2013 to 2020, there isn't a deep public track record to draw on. Anyone booking the fallen-tree or yard-cleanup end of the work in particular may want to confirm scheduling expectations up front, given the one account of repeated delays.
Excellent landscaping & tree service..very very good & very fair prices....recommend them highly.
from start to finish this was by far the best tree removal experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for great work at a reasonable price
Excuse After Exuse, Not Reliable Called for an estimate on 4/15/2013 - quoted at $300 to remove a fallen tree and a "yard cleanup". We agreed - and each week a new excuse surfaced: our chipper is down (wk 1), we're having trouble finding help (wk2), there has been too much rain (only rained one day) --- and finally they arrived on 05/06/2013 to do the work...but not so fast. They called us and told me that they could remove the tree, but they didn't bring their lawn mower and they would not be able to do the yard cleanup. So I decided to give them one last chance. Another week went by, and now it's 5/13/2013 and told us they might be able to come by and mow 05/16 or 05/17. No thanks! And the peach of a receptionist Debbie, probably won't list customer service as a strong suit. I'm sorry, I've built a successful small business - I know things come up. But, they have built a case study on "how not to run a small business on cape cod". If you want delays, excuses and lack or performance - give them a try.
