Called at five on a Monday, fixed by seven. An August 2026 Angi reviewer had a refrigerator back in service in under an hour that same evening, with advice from Joe on how to avoid the problem next time. All Brands Appliance Repair works out of Wilmington, Massachusetts; its HomeAdvisor and Angi profiles describe a veteran-owned family business running since 1971, and both show 4.6 stars across 208 ratings. The work is straight appliance repair — dishwashers and disposals, ovens and ranges in gas and electric, refrigerators and freezers, washers and dryers. Joe is the technician named in five of the eight written reviews. One August 2026 customer had a dryer running again and got help with the washing machine on the same visit, plus a cleanout of the dryer so it would run more efficiently. Another, writing that month about the house they were selling, had a dishwasher that would not drain and a refrigerator that would not stay cool — both repaired, at what the customer called a reasonable price. A third said Joe was the second company they called about dryer trouble and would be the first from now on. The older notes are shorter and say much the same: courteous and respectful, answering questions intelligently, in a January 2024 review; quick, informative and easy to talk to, from a May 2023 customer on HomeAdvisor. Worth knowing before you dial: the 208 ratings behind that 4.6 average are not unanimous — 81% sit at five stars, 4% at one. Both profiles also list two credentials, Certified Appliance Professional and Major Appliance Technician Training and Certification. For a fridge that stops cooling or a dryer that quits mid-week, this is a same-evening kind of call. Ask what the service visit itself costs and whether he stocks parts for your model, and you will know most of what you need before he pulls up.
I would highly recommend All Brands! Joe was quick to respond and extremely thorough. He had my dryer up and running in no time, also helped me with my washing machine, and even took the time to completely clean out my dryer so it would run more efficiently. He truly went above and beyond what most repair services would do.
I'm very happy I called Joe at 5pm on Monday. He came over at 7pm and fixed my refrigerator in less than an hour. Nice and knowledgeable guy, excellent work, and he gave advice on avoiding future problems.
When it comes to repairing appliances in my house I was selling, the dishwasher was not draining properly and the Refrigerator was not staying cool, so Joe was great to fix them both for me. Nice, and reasonably priced!

Experience matters. Joe has the experience you need. He was the 2nd guy we called for our recent dryer troubles, but from now on he will be the 1st guy we call for any appliance issues. When our dryer stopped working back in May I didn't really know who to call so I just posted on Angi's list and went with the first guy who responded. That guy was Aleksandr from Horizon Appliance Solutions. He was nice and all, but spent about 2 hours trying to figure out what was wrong before telling us we probably needed a new control board. It would take a couple of days to get delivered, and even then he wasn't 100% sure that would fix the problem. Fortunately my wife's intuition told her this guy didn't know what he was doing, so we paid him $100 for his faulty diagnosis and then we called Joe. I told Joe what the other guy said, and just from my brief descriptions over the phone he was like, "What? What the heck is that guy talking about? That's gotta be the thermal fuse." We set up a time the next day, and he came when he said he would. He was in and out in 25 minutes max and had my dryer working perfectly after replacing (you guessed it) the thermal fuse. Just imagine if I had gone with that other guy. We would have been without a dryer for several more days, installed a new control board, and then STILL would not have had a working dryer! Thank goodness for Joe.
