Rodney Willette founded it in 1991 as Problem Animal Control; his son Erik joined later, earned his pesticide license in 2000, and the pair grew it into today's combined animal-control and pest-control business. Its Google page shows a 4.6★ average from 12 ratings, but only three reviews carry any detail, spanning 2022 to 2023. Two describe Erik as quick to respond — one from 2022 said he arrived on time and cleared up a pest problem without issue, another called the work fast and fuss-free. A third, from 2023, said the company never showed up for a scheduled estimate. With so little written history to lean on, it's worth locking in a firm appointment window and a callback if plans change before counting on the estimate showing up.
