Trap All Wildlife customers describe animals being removed from fireplaces, attics and other parts of the house, often followed by work to close their access points. The company says it is locally owned and serves Cape Cod and Massachusetts' South Shore, offering humane trapping, exclusion and prevention. It advertises free estimates. An August 2026 customer said Phillip answered a call around 9:30 p.m. about a bat in the house, talked them through the situation and arrived at the promised 8 a.m. time the next morning to handle it. Another August reviewer described Phil and his associate taking apart a gas fireplace insert enough to capture a young woodpecker, checking that it was okay and releasing it. A June customer said Phil rehomed a raccoon family, cleaned up, repaired a historic home's cupola and added preventative screening. A July 2026 HomeAdvisor review raised a serious dispute about bat exclusion. The homeowner said their property manager hired Trap All Wildlife after a guest found a bat at a Cape Cod vacation house. According to the reviewer, the worker let the bat out, estimated more than $2,000 for exclusion and later said almost all the work was completed, billing $1,575, which the homeowner paid. The bat returned. The reviewer said a promised return visit never happened and another person who removed the bat said exclusion work had not been done. They also reported unanswered calls, texts and emails to the company and owner Phil. The reviewer relayed that other person's assertion that bat exclusion was barred until August 1. Older customers also reported problems. An April 2022 Angi reviewer said rat trapping cost $450, was serviced once and received no further follow-up. In May 2021, another Angi reviewer said they paid $350 for an inspection and wire mesh over eave openings, then returned to damaged screens, blinds and furnishings. They believed animals had been shut inside and said calls and a text went unanswered. An August 2020 HomeAdvisor reviewer reported paying $600 for a week of rat trapping, with one of four rats caught and poor communication. Other dated experiences describe completed exclusion work. In a November 2025 review, a customer said Phil removed flying squirrels, returned to remove a one-way trap door, rescreened a gable vent and removed attic insulation before vacuuming and sanitizing the space. A May 2025 West Yarmouth reviewer said guards kept a raccoon out for two years and Phil repaired a lifted end of the ridge guard without charge.
