Customers also describe explanations before and during treatment. A June 2026 reviewer said Cody came the same day, explained the service clearly and offered various payment plans. A July customer praised an understandable pricing structure and follow-up after work started right away. Another June reviewer said the worker avoided adding services they did not need and charged reasonable prices. In May, a customer reported that treatment resolved their ant and mouse problems within a season. Rodent work includes looking for entry points: a January 2026 reviewer said the team found an exterior opening the household had not known about.
