- Better Business Bureau — A+ letter grade on its profile
- Small crew — BBB profile lists two employees
Jim Hobbs started All Cape Custom Drywall in Marstons Mills in 2015, and it has stayed small: two employees, by the Better Business Bureau's profile, which files the company under plastering contractors. That same profile, opened in 2018, gives the company an A+ letter grade and puts it at 11 years in business. A shop this size fits the job you want one steady pair of hands on — a room hung and taped, a ceiling patched, a skim coat over old plaster — rather than a multi-trade remodel running on several fronts. When you call 27 Shammas Way, ask how soon they can start and get the scope priced in writing: hanging, taping, skim coat and repair are separate pieces of work.
