All Designs Pro Carpentry is the kind of Malden contractor people bring in when a rough idea needs to become a finished room. Its website says the company handles custom carpentry, kitchen and bathroom renovations, and home extensions for residential and commercial clients. The Massachusetts registry lists active HIC license 212483 for All Design Pro Carpentry LLC and active CSL CS-120698 under Keitson M Fernandes. The clearest example is a third-floor attic conversion described in a January 2025 Google review: the project became a primary bedroom suite with a walk-in closet and a dedicated shoe closet. A recent April 2026 reviewer singled out Michael's finish work and attention to detail, while late-2024 homeowners repeatedly described renovation work as professional, timely, smooth, and respectful of their homes. One review says the team completed a beauty studio on schedule and communicated well; another says the contractor helped bring the customer's vision to life. The written history is concentrated on Google and runs from late 2024 through April 2026, with ten reviews on file and an 11-rating platform total. The work described goes beyond isolated trim jobs: it includes custom carpentry, a substantial attic conversion, closet construction, and renovation projects. Before calling, clarify whether the requested work is primarily finish carpentry or a larger renovation, and confirm the scope, schedule, and who will coordinate the other trades. All Designs Pro Carpentry looks suited to homeowners who want close attention to finish details while reshaping an existing space. Bring a clear brief for the room or built-in you want, then confirm the written scope, timing, and allowances before booking.
Michael’s finish work is special and I found his attention to detail unmatched. We’ve worked with many contractors and found his work to be top notch. I wouldn’t hesitate to have him back.
