All In One Drain Cleaning

An overflowing toilet and bathtub brought one customer to All In One Drain Cleaning in a January 2020 Angi review. The customer said Bill and Blake arrived early for a Monday appointment, diagnosed the blockage and restored use in about an hour. They also discovered that the septic system needed pumping, and the customer said both jobs were handled without calling a second company. All In One Drain Cleaning says it has operated since 2009 and offers drain cleaning, pipeline repair and septic pumping, with 24/7 emergency service across Worcester County, Massachusetts; Windham County, Connecticut; and Providence County, Rhode Island. Its website advertises free estimates. Angi identifies the company in Webster, Massachusetts, and lists camera location of drain-line breaks and sewer-pipe replacement among its offerings. Customers writing in 2016–2021 described cleared blockages, cleanup and return calls. In an August 2018 Google review, a customer said Bill spent more than two hours trying to clear a kitchen drain, then returned the next morning with a camera, traced the pipe and cleared it. The customer said the charge stayed at the quoted price. An August 2020 Google reviewer described two separate blockage calls, praising the emergency response and bathroom cleanup. In December 2021, an Angi customer likewise said the drain was fixed and everything cleaned up. An April 2021 customer described advance notice of a rescheduled appointment and said Andrew removed his boots before entering. Pricing drew complaints as well. In January 2018, a Google reviewer said the price more than doubled from the telephone quote to the on-site charge, despite having described the pipe beforehand. A February 2020 Angi reviewer felt $200 was steep for a 30-minute bathroom-sink drain visit. Another February 2020 reviewer alleged pressure to buy unnecessary work, a request for cash payment and no invoice. A January 2020 Angi reviewer described paying HomeAdvisor $258 upfront, then being charged $800 by the company that attended; the reviewer said HomeAdvisor offered to refund the initial payment. Google lists a 3.6-star average from 16 ratings, while Angi and HomeAdvisor each list 4.4 stars from 99 ratings. BBB gives the company an A+ grade and identifies it as non-accredited.
