I could not find survey link stated on your Thank You postcard , but I did want to respond to your service. The crew did a great job. They got right to work, clearly had experience on moving various items, were careful not to damage anything and did a great job stacking the items for storage. Each worker introduced himself, which I like. Mike, the leader was very polite and answered all questions. He was able to deduct the price because move did not take as long as planned. Very please with your company and would recommend you. Including the Truffle recipe on your postcard is a fun and helpful idea. Already made a batch; just converted it to use vegan items. Trey and Ethan did a fantastic job moving my furniture. They showed up on time, were quick, efficient, friendly and took great care with my pieces. They are experts in helping with making the most of my storage space. Melissa was wonderful over the phone scheduling and explaining the terms. She called with a reminder and checked to see if I had any questions before my move. I highly recommend All-Ways Moving.

I used All-Ways Moving to move my father from a big house to a senior community. I've done a lot of moves over the years, and this was of the best. It was a two-person team who were very efficient. I heard them talking to each other to make sure both the furniture and they were safe as they moved things on stairs. They were also very pleasant people, making small jokes They were on time. We were moving relatively few things, some furniture and about twenty boxes. The team immediately set to work prioritizing what went on the truck first. Everything arrived without any damage. Total time from their arrival to complete move-in was only about 3 hours. Very happy and would recommend. Communication with the office staff was also good.
