A sofa and desk sent from Massachusetts to Chicago, a sculpture, and fragile auction purchases are among the items customers described entrusting to Outward Bound Courier Logistics. The furniture customer’s August 2026 Google review said the delivery went smoothly, communication was good and the price was reasonable. In May 2026, another customer named Alan and Ben, praising their communication, speed and care with the delivered items. Older accounts describe packing as well as transport. A July 2025 reviewer hired the company to pick up, pack and deliver a fragile antique case piece bought at auction, and praised its careful handling, responsiveness and efforts to make the cost affordable. In September 2025, a customer described respectful handling of a purchased sculpture, punctual service and reasonable pricing. Both reviewers described Outward Bound as a family business. A customer writing in August 2024 said the company handled auction pickup, packing and shipping of a painting, protected it during packing and delivered it directly into the house. That review thanked Alan and Ben. Nye & Company also recommends the courier on its shipping page.
