Charlatan! Had this guy put a furnace in my house on new years eve,first off said he would stop by to give me a price to fix furnace, next thing I know some other guy shows up, tells me furnace can't be fixed and must be replaced.Later that day Alan shows up and he gave me a price for a two stage furnace. The next day showed up with a one stage furnace and when I called him out on it he said "All I see is numbers. Now either he's an idiot or he thinks I am. Said a two stage would need to be ordered and could take three days, called distributor and low and behold they had it in stock telling me he never tried to get a two stage. After having someone else finish installing the furnace I went down to inspect it. The condenser coil he put on was hanging over the sides looked really weird but I figured he knows what he's doing (boy was I wrong). Days later I opened the furnace to look at the inside and found he didn't even install the filter instead left it leaning on the air intake opening. In the mean time the insulation he never properly replaced on duct work was on the floor. Here's the best part. Was suppose to install new a/c unit in spring, having no confidence in this guy I called someone else just to hookup my old unit only to find out Alan put a 4 ton coil on my furnace for a 3 ton unit, would have cost me $1400 to try to get the two to jive with no warranty it would work. When asked how much I payed for the parts and labor ($3500) this guy shook his head and said it should have been no more than $1800 for what he put in. The guy installing new a/c unit asked who did furnace and when I told him he said this guy butchered his friends house so bad he wants to take him to court. Also found complaint other complaints about this guy online. Please people stay away from this guy,not only is he a thief, I believe he really has no idea of what he's doing. Go to maps to see pics.
