One name recurs through Denommee's recent reviews: Phin. He turns up diagnosing a leaking shower, replacing the main line off a water meter and refurbishing the pipe afterwards, setting a Kohler toilet with Mike. That is the shape of this Tyngsborough company — a bench of named technicians across plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical, working out of 21 Westech Dr, with 4.7 stars across 472 Google ratings and reviewers who say they have been calling for eighteen years. Its Massachusetts plumbing licence, 2729-PL-C, is active on the state registry, registered to Denommee Plumbing & Heating Inc. What the reviews describe, over and over, is availability. A June 2026 customer found water running down the wire of a dining-room light fixture late in the day and said Ricky answered the after-hours call within an hour and a half. A July 2026 customer whose air conditioning quit before the heat wave requested an appointment online the night before and had Drew there the next day. Another said the plumber came out on Easter. In February 2026 a homeowner had an oil system swapped for a cold-climate heat pump and said the company handled the paperwork and checked the system was running right; in May 2026 another had a 40-year-old boiler and a dead mini-split replaced as one project. The electrical side does its own work — a May 2026 assessment came with ten GFCI outlets and six smoke and carbon-monoxide detectors installed. Two things cut against that. The Better Business Bureau grades the company D- and shows two complaints on file, which is a wide gap from the reviews and one the reviews do not account for. And pricing draws a steady minority objection: a July 2026 reviewer said the estimate for a central AC blower motor came in around three times what relatives working in HVAC told them the job should cost; an August 2025 returning customer objected to a $99 dispatch fee on a warranty follow-up; and in March 2025 a caller who wanted only a ballpark figure for a bathtub installation was told a technician would have to come out first. A June 2026 one-star review says only that the work and the follow-up were poor. For everyday plumbing, a heating or cooling failure, or electrical safety work where getting someone to the house quickly is the priority, the reviewed record is deep and current. Before booking, ask what the dispatch or diagnostic fee is and whether it is credited against the repair, get the estimate in writing before work starts, and — given the bureau's grade — ask how a complaint gets escalated if something goes wrong.
