Had a tub drain leak above a ceiling on the first floor. Mark arrived right on time, put covers on his boots and, after identifying the problem proceeded to fix it. He had to cut a 12" opening in the ceiling, which he measured and cut precisely, made the awkward repair and then cleaned the whole area thoroughly. I was very impressed from start to finish and will definitely make him my first call for plumbing or heating issues in the future.
