Loved having Tom come inspect. He was very thorough and not only told me what was wrong with the home, but what was right! He asked if I was a first time home buyer and when I told him I was, he walked me through everything in the house that I would have to worry about. He helped put my mind at ease and prepared me for a lot of the new things I needed to know as a home owner. He came earlier than our appointment to start getting the outside looked at, and left later than expected because he was happy to stay and answer questions.
