As an agent, I keep a hand full of trusted professionals as resources for myself and my clients. Danny is one of the greats. He's responsive, reliable, will go the extra mile before during and after the inspection and has an extensive knowledge of the homes he's looking in and the work he does. Highly recommended.
As a Realtor for over 20 years, I highly recommend Danny. He is through, patient, responsive and extremely knowledgeable. There’s no better house inspector out there!
Wanted to take a quick moment to recognize the excellent service Danny provided throughout the entire inspection process. As a first time homebuyer, I had no idea what to expect on inspection day, but Danny eased my worries almost immediately upon meeting him. He not only gave me a detailed outline of how he was going to go about his inspection, but he broke down for me what he'd be looking for based on his years of experience. You could tell, from the get-go, that he is extremely well versed in his field and encouraged my wife and I to ask questions if any came to fruition. With zero expectation of how his report would be, or even what an inspection report looks like, I was blown away by the intricate detail he provided, and how quickly he turned it over. His picture taking combined with his thorough summarizations made for easy to understand review. The home buying experience can be a daunting one, but Danny, and his professionalism, put my wife and I at ease. I highly, HIGHLY, recommend Danny's services to any homebuyer - new or seasoned.
I had Danny Land as my home inspector and he did an amazing job..even after the inspection hes always there to answer questions and concerns and guide me in the right direction..great guy and highly recommended
DO NOT USE. Unless you like spending tens of thousands of unexpected dollars after buying a home. After closing, we discovered issues with our new home that would have aided in the home buying decision and/or negotiating process. We asked Danny back out and instead of taking care of his customer, he employed a defensive, uncompassionate position. He explained away all items of concern as being of no issue per his “opinion”. I feel awful about the service he provided.
