The agent and contact person were very professional and good to work with. However, the local movers in NH misnumbered the boxes which the Denver delivery mover said should not happen. They also failed to protect a treasured print, which shattered and was irretrievable. Overall, a positive experience despite the aforementioned.

Everything was fine with the departure. My issues came with the drop off time. I asked to be given as much notice as possible for the drop off date. They gave me a 3-week window and I got called with only 4 hours notice. Unfortunately I don't live in the area that my stuff was moved to so I had a big issue getting people to help with a drop off. The people who actually did the drop off were great. It was more the scheduling.

Absolutely terrible, once they had my credit card info they didn’t care about anything and are unnecessarily rude. Dates frequently changed, wouldn’t, answer questions, used movers a number of time this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had will never use them again and encourage everyone I know to do the same. Even my independent driver they contracted was incredibly frustrated how incompetent they were.

Highly recommend. This was our first time using their services. The team completed a commercial move (full 18 wheeler) from MA to TX. We originally underestimated the amount of space we would need and Allied accommodated us in real time to get us the full truck load. Francisco and his crew were friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. They truly went above and beyond. All items were handled carefully. I had a great experience moving from Massachusetts to Florida. The movers were careful, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. Nothing was broken, everything arrived on time, and all of my belongings were wrapped really well. They worked hard and moved fast, but never in a careless way. When we got to Florida, they took the time to ask where I wanted things placed and made sure everything was set up the way I wanted, which I really appreciated. They were also very flexible with storage during transit, and the estimate ended up being accurate. They’re not the cheapest option, but the service felt premium and well worth it. I’d definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.
