Allstate Roofing & Restoration

Allstate Roofing & Restoration is a Bangor roofer whose website lists roof replacement, repair, emergency repair and inspection on asphalt, metal, slate, tile, cedar and flat roofs. The company says it has been in business 11 years, and it holds 4.9 stars from 62 Google ratings. A recent Google customer said Jorge spent a lot of time on the roof for the estimate and showed photos, and that the team finished within two days and left the yard clean. A recent reviewer described a slate tear-off in which walls and adjoining roofs were covered as the shingles came off. One recent customer said a leaking roof and chimney were repaired promptly, and a recent metal-roof customer said the site was kept clean throughout. In a 2025 review, a customer laid out the contract: old shingles and underlayment removed, new Owens Corning Architectural shingles, ice and water shield in the valleys and eaves, and a new chimney cover, done by a crew of 10 in a little over a day with labor guaranteed for 10 years. A 2025 customer said at least five companies tried to sell a brand new roof, and Allstate instead repaired a roof in a discontinued custom color. A recent 4-star customer said asphalt debris and nails were left around the garden and walkways, and that Jorge compensated for a couple of crushed plants. A recent 1-star Google review came from a neighbor who said they had no dealings with the company but saw them replacing a roof without safety harnesses and reported them to OSHA.
