A leaking roof, fixed the same day: that is how one recent Google customer described calling AJ at Dalon Construction. A customer whose business roof leaked said AJ came out to fix it as soon as he had a gap in his schedule, showed them the issues the roof had and what would need updating soon, and worked out a plan with them without pressuring them. A 2023 customer said AJ had helped with several repairs and projects since they bought their house, including repairs after storms and recapping some eaves with aluminum on a home built in 1900. AJ is a great guy. He has helped me with several repairs and projects since I bought my house this summer, including repairs after a couple bad storms in 2023 and recapping some eaves with aluminum because they were too wide for modern lumber purchases. While I honestly have not been going out of my way to preserve the appearance of my 1900 built home, this solution worked out well for doing so. I'm working with him now to set up estimates for gutters on my home. We discussed what I needed and went over some of the complexity related to the roof layout. I look forward to working with him to complete that project and appreciate the fact that if I do have roof concerns in the future I know who to call. 👍
