The commercial half is not decorative: a dental practice writes about the crew keeping its facility spotless, an office client praises the quality, and a condominium's common areas get done on a rota. Most people start with a deep clean and stay on. A November 2024 first-timer moved straight onto a twice-monthly plan; a November 2024 customer who used to clean houses for a living signed up weekly; a January 2022 customer went from a one-off deep clean to a monthly slot and singled out the walk-through André did at the house first. A May 2026 customer had had them for a year and said they had never once been disappointed. What comes up over and over is the small places. Reviewers in 2025 describe clutter organized as part of the job, and pets and the house treated with care. A May 2023 customer, after two cleaners sent through Angi fell through, said ALPA left the house immaculate. The one poor review, from October 2025, is from someone who never hired them: their objection was to the tone in which the company's rules were explained over text, not to any cleaning.
