Alpha Omega Property Services

Matthew Milioni started Alpha Omega Property Services in 2013 after moving to Medford, and he says he created the business together with his sons. The company describes itself as a small handyman and property-maintenance outfit covering Medford and Malden — facility maintenance contracts, deck restoration, interior painting, and the punch-list repairs homeowners keep putting off. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration, #202481, is active on the state registry under Alpha Omega Property Services, Inc. On BuildZoom the company shows 24 projects and lists remodeling work as well: kitchen, bathroom and basement remodels, additions, flooring installation, painting, deck work, shed construction and window replacement. That spread — a half-day repair at one end, a whole-home remodel at the other — is the thing to sort out on the first call. Say which end your job sits on, ask who runs the work day to day, and get the scope in writing. A sensible call for a Medford or Malden homeowner with a list of small jobs or a deck that needs bringing back. Before booking, confirm the registration number against the state register, ask for proof of insurance, and ask for a couple of recent references for jobs the size of yours.
