That October 2024 account is a fair picture of what this Malden company gets called for — the job where something has already gone wrong. A contractor writing in January 2025 said the team handled one of his own customers' projects. Customers call the pricing competitive. One in January 2025 had gone to three other companies and said William came back with the best price. The two four-star reviews are gentler — one for an entry-porch addition on an 1895 two-family in Cambridgeport, on time and on budget with awkward details worked out, and one calling the pricing okay for good ideas delivered in reasonable time. Twenty-seven Google ratings average 4.9. One thing about the published record: eleven of the 24 reviews went up within a fortnight in January 2025, several of them a line long. Codogno Construction is a good call around Malden for carpentry-led work — decks, porches, siding, cabinetry and trim — and for the repair another contractor left behind. Agree the scope and what happens if hidden conditions turn up before anyone starts.
