Alpha Smart Builders did a fantastic job on our complete renovation in a high-rise building in Boston. They were extremely professional, and we could not be happier with the results. Deliandro and his team are a pleasure to work with! We had a six-month project including excavation, new rooms, and bathrooms, and we are extremely happy with the quality of work. Deliandro shared a detailed timeline for the project and completed it on time. Also, from a financial standpoint, we had no surprises during the project and kept it on the planned budget. During the selection process, the contractor, Deliandro came in with a very competitive quote and was incredibly detailed so we had complete clarity on the scope of work. He also had similar design ideas and knew exactly what we were looking for. During the construction phase, Deliandro and his team were respectful of our neighbors, professional throughout and most importantly, was communicative throughout every phase of the job. The pandemic affected timing of many construction projects but Deliandro was able to deliver the project on time and on budget. We could not be happier with the final results. The closeout and punchlist of the job went very smooth and the quality was amazing. I would highly recommend this contractor for custom home builds. His creativity, attention to detail, patience, and professionalism really made this a stress-free experience and I can't wait to work with him again on our next rehab project!
