I had Coen Construction handle both my siding and roof, and I honestly couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. From the very first conversation, they made me feel like I wasn't just another job on their list. They actually listened to what I wanted, answered all my questions without making me feel rushed, and kept me in the loop the whole time — no chasing anyone down for updates. The crew that showed up were professional, courteous, and genuinely respectful of my property. They cleaned up after themselves every single day, which I really appreciated. My neighbors even commented on how well-behaved the team was! The finished product speaks for itself — the roof looks amazing and the siding completely transformed the look of my home. But honestly, what made the experience stand out was just how easy and stress-free the whole process was. You can tell this company takes pride in what they do. I would absolutely recommend Coen Construction to anyone looking for a contractor they can actually trust.

My experience with Coen Construction was absolutely atrocious. Initial quote for the work came in a little high, but the company seemed professional and communicative which I prioritized over an independent contractor. After providing a $5,000 deposit service was delayed for over a month, the company relied on me to source all project materials, and ignored questions which resulted in ordering the wrong parts leading to additional delays. Once the team eventually showed up, they realized I needed a custom shower door which delayed the project another month and increased the cost. Throughout all of my service problems the owner was unresponsive, disrespectful, and refused to talk with me about how to resolve the issue. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR.

Coen Construction redid my bathroom and did a fantastic job. The initial quote was very reasonable and they answered several rounds of questions I had. The construction process was very straight forward and they kept me informed the entire way. Definitely will be using them again
