Alpha USA Supplies Corp. is a Milford, Massachusetts outfit that takes on kitchen and bathroom remodeling, general home repair, and additions; its HomeAdvisor page shows 39 projects and states 15 years in the construction trade, and the company is led by President Leandro Rocha-Maddalon. Its review history is thin — three reviews across two platforms — and split down the middle. In an April 2025 HomeAdvisor review, a customer called the crew professional and efficient after what started as a small project grew into redoing the entire house. The Better Business Bureau also gives the company an A grade with no complaints on file, though it hasn't sought BBB accreditation. The other side is harder to ignore. A July 2025 Google review described two scheduled appointments where no one showed up. A November 2025 HomeAdvisor review went further: a home addition left unfinished more than seven months after the hire date, missed workdays, and a section of the house left structurally damaged for months before any repair began. Before booking, get a written start-to-finish timeline and ask what happens if the schedule slips — HomeAdvisor's listing shows the company doesn't offer free estimates or warranties. With so few reviews on file and accounts this far apart, talking to a recent customer directly is worth the extra step.

Started off fine. They were punctual and polite, gave us a great deal. Very shortly after the job started they started missing days of work, left the house in a virtually unlivable state. And even destroyed a structurally sound portion of the home and left it for months before finally coming to do the addition over 7 months after the hire date. Just today, 11/1 I was told they would be arriving to finish the project and they once again did not arrive on site to complete it for some reason, and I have since asked them to not return. Our house has no siding, and the paper they put up is now starting to peel off and likely wont last the winter.
Appointment was booked but no one showed up. Another appointment was rescheduled on the same day but still not showed up. What a WASTE of time and FRUSTRATION to do business with this place!
They were absolutely phenomenal! Very professional/courteous and extremely efficient! What started as a simple project turned into redoing my whole house with them because I’ve never been more comfortable, confident and happy with a contractor like this before.
