Alpine Air Conditioning Corporation..

Alpine Air Conditioning is a Billerica HVAC contractor that describes itself as a commercial and industrial shop — design-build, installation and service of complete systems, including rooftop units, chillers and cooling towers. Its site says it has been in the HVAC business since 1973; the BBB lists it as started in 2007, with Robert Stanley as owner. Robert D. Stanley's Massachusetts sheet metal licence is active on the state registry. Its three Google reviews split sharply. In a February 2024 review, an elderly customer said the company sent a unit that did not work, resisted replacing it, sent a second unit that broke down after two months, and then refunded the money to the installing contractor, who never replaced the unit or passed on the payment; the customer said they had filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office. A 2023 reviewer said the company came out the day they called, and a 2022 reviewer said their air conditioner was fixed well, though it took a while. Google shows 3.7★ from 3 ratings.
