I have used DiChiara plumbing for many years for small repairs and furnace and water heater replacements and for in between sizes . They are prompt, coming when they say they will and notifying if something comes up. The workplace is spotless when they leave. I highly recommend them. Prices were appropriate for the tasks.

My neighbor recommended DiChiara plumbing when my tankless water heater broke last night. I called at 8 am, spoke to Karla, and the team was here at 11 am. They determined that the heater was very corroded considering it was just 4 years old and called the manufacturer, who agreed it was not salvageable and also agreed to replace it free of charge. The guys drove to get the new unit, installed it, and registered the new one for me, and took the old one away, wrapping up mid afternoon. It was perfect service and I’m thrilled and will absolutely be calling this excellent family business the next time I need plumbing help. I highly recommend!!

First time customer of DiChiara plumbing and heating in Billerica ma, myself and my wife couldn’t have been more impressed or pleased with the quick response i received from mark and his brother, who answered my call the same day ,and arrived that morning to my house . They assessed the problem and took care of my issue , which turned out to be frozen pipes , they did a complete inspection of my pipes and made suggestions , and explained how to protect them moving in the event of it happening again, the issue was resolved and the problem corrected, I would without hesitation recommend this company to anyone in need of there services, they are professional, knowledgeable workers who treat there clients with respect . And you cant go wrong when calling the company and speaking to the owner Karla who makes you feel like you’re more then a customer… and a special thank you to her for her kindness for the special valentine bag full of goodies that she made for her customers… it was very much appreciated…

At the suggestion of my neighbor, I called DiChiara Plumbing & Heating to replace an outdoor water spigot. Steve arrived earlier than expected, diagnosed the problem, and determined it could be simply repaired and didn't need to be replaced. Great work, would highly recommend.
