Verified license — Massachusetts HVAC license active under George Regas
Permit track record — 36 completed HVAC projects across Massachusetts towns
Thin online record — only 2 Google ratings and one written review
Regas Heating & Air Conditioning is a one-person operation run by George Regas out of Billerica, in business under his own name for 26 years according to its BBB listing.
His Massachusetts HVAC license is registry-verified active, and Massachusetts building-permit records show he has pulled permits for 36 heating and air-conditioning installation jobs around the state. His BBB file carries no complaints, and the one Google review on file, written in Greek in August 2026, calls the technician excellent with impeccable service.
The online record itself is thin — just two Google ratings and a single written review — so a licensed contractor with decades of permit history has left little to go on beyond that.
A reasonable option for a straightforward heating or AC job given the verified license and permit history, but ask for references directly and get the scope in writing, since there isn't much of an online trail to lean on.

What does heating and cooling work cost in Greater Boston?
Typical Greater Boston range for this kind of work, from regional averages — not a quote from Regas Heating & Air Conditioning. Use it to sanity-check bids, then get the real number in writing.
