He was very friendly on the phone as well as in person. They arrived on time. He was to pick up only one item. I inquired about a quote on a second large item. I and my sister contacted the company out of frustration, of all the junk that has piled up in the home I reside in for the past 70 years. Not only was Julian very quick to respond for an estimate, but was also very professional and polite. He asked to take photos of the areas and pieces that needed to be removed or torn down. He assured me he would have a quote as quick as possible to us. Which, he did. He and his team showed up promptly at the time that we set ready to work. They separated everything to make sure that there was plenty of room for them to remove all The unwanted junk on the property. Aside from that I was also informed by one of his other crew members that they always made sure to pick up an area and leave it clean. I didn't want them to feel as if they couldn't pull things if they needed to, that the yard wasn't to be worried about if the grass was ripped up. To which this crew member replied "absolutely not!" We clean up and take care of everything that we make a mess of before we leave the property. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the company. Well worth your time and money.
