AM Remodeling

AM Remodeling is a Brockton, Massachusetts contractor led by Andrew Mann, a master carpenter, together with his son Eric. The company says it handles carpentry and home-renovation work, and its profile lists more than 25 years of experience; a separate listing reports 12 years in business. Its work spans renovations and finishing projects rather than a single narrow specialty. Four homeowners reviewed projects completed in 2023. They described strong communication, hard-working crews, careful project management, expert carpentry and engineering, and renovations that came out beautifully. Specific work mentioned includes closing in a three-season porch, carpentry, roofing, painting, and other finishing services. HomeAdvisor shows 58 recent projects and a 4.9-star average from four ratings, but the written review history is small and concentrated in one year. One homeowner emphasized confirming the project scope between both parties, even while praising the quality, price, and result. Prospective customers should ask how the proposed scope, finishing trades, and project management responsibilities will be documented. AM Remodeling appears best suited to homeowners seeking a local carpenter or renovation contractor for detailed interior work, flooring, and broader home improvements; confirm the exact trade scope and current availability before booking.
