Amanat Moving & Storage is a Waltham, MA moving company that says it has been in business 5 years. In a 2026 Google review, crew leader Michael and his helper are described as efficient, focused, timely and attentive to detail, with planning support as well as day-of labor for a very reasonable rate. Another 2026 review says Damon and his team arrived early, completed the move in less time and came in under the budget. A third 2026 review says the crew arrived on time, worked fast, handled all furniture with care and wrapped everything, with fair pricing and no hidden fees.
In 2025, three movers arrived a little before 7am, walked through the house, noted what was and wasn't moving and explained the contract, pricing and policies, then wrapped all furniture in hot weather, leaving no marks on walls and breaking nothing. A 2025 review says Amanat's movers handled a move from the top (4th) floor of an old building in just an hour and a half. After a last-minute call in 2025, Ali, the manager, set up an appointment for the next day, and Jack and his team arrived right on time.
In 2024, Ali and crew disassembled and reassembled furniture, packed with care, and amended the quote to be lower because of less packing materials used; the workers noted that the time for a couple of breaks would not be billed. A 2024 review describes a commercial kitchen move of a double door fridge, double door freezer, ovens and mixers. In another from 2024, AJ, the manager, and his team of six moved an 850lbs steel beam at the last minute, taking care not to damage the item or the house.
One 2024 Google review of a move from a 1 bedroom apartment to a house 45 min away begins, "We did not have a good experience with Amanat Moving."
