The Centerville business describes itself as family owned and operated. Its website names Hyannis, Centerville, Osterville, Marstons Mills, Cotuit, Yarmouth, Dennis, Sandwich and Mashpee as its service area. An April 2026 Google reviewer said they had used Amazon Disposal for more than six years without an issue, praised its communication and ease of contact, and said their trash was picked up on time every week. A customer writing in January 2026 said they had used the business for more than seven years and appreciated the small operation, describing their trash being collected in an SUV. A March 2025 customer described a different experience. They said they cancelled shortly before the first of the month, but the company did not collect the barrel after service ended. Calls over the weekend and a request through a Venmo payment comment went unanswered, according to the review. The customer also reported at least two earlier occasions when a Saturday pickup arrived one or two days late without communication. Google lists a 4.2-star average from five ratings.
