American Dream Design

American Dream Design is a Leominster granite and quartz countertop shop that Nina Gonzalez started under the name American Dream Granite, later renaming it as the business says it grew over its self-reported eight years. Google shows 4.9★ from 59 ratings, and reviewers consistently name Nina directly, describing custom kitchen and bathroom countertops, cabinets, and design work. The specifics that recur are about the fabrication itself: in a 2024 review, a customer described templating so precise that a wall's slight imperfection was accounted for, delivering a difficult no-seam piece with no gap left behind. In a 2022 review describing a full kitchen remodel with a quartz countertop and matching slab backsplash, a customer credited staffer Livia for patiently pricing out several options before a smooth installation. Multiple reviewers say they came back for repeat projects or referred family members — one, writing in 2022, described using the company "for years," commissioning bathroom countertops, thresholds, and even custom radiator tops. Two older reviews describe a rougher experience: in a 2021 review, a customer scored communication and installer professionalism at the bottom of a 5-point scale after installers reportedly gossiped instead of working and doubled the time needed in the house, then missed the agreed install-day window. A separate 2021 review said a new customer inquiry didn't feel taken seriously. For a granite or quartz countertop project — kitchen or bathroom — this looks like an established local fabricator with a loyal repeat clientele; given the two install-day complaints, it's worth confirming scheduling and who will actually be on the installation crew.
