American Eagle Roofing & Chimney, LLC

American Eagle Roofing & Chimney customers describe house, garage and shed roofs as well as chimney repairs, with praise for clear explanations alongside complaints about a recurring leak and an incomplete estimate. Google lists a 4.6-star average from 20 ratings; its written reviews span 2021–2024. In May 2024, a homeowner said the owner explained a whole-house roof replacement, chimney removal, timing and cleanup, and the work was completed as described. Another May reviewer reported an inspection and estimate within a day, repairs the following day, and no further roof or chimney leaks more than six months later. A February 2024 customer specifically praised Israel for completing chimney repairs promptly without selling additional repairs they considered unnecessary. An October 2023 reviewer in Ellington credited Israel and Elgin with replacing a shed roof. A January 2024 customer reported a leak returning almost two months after a repair that Israel had promised would last three years. The reviewer said he had guaranteed a return visit but then failed to keep two promised appointments, offered excuses and ultimately hung up during a dispute. In October 2022, a different reviewer alleged that an estimate prepared for Posigen Solar omitted important repairs, including a large roof hole. The reviewer also alleged the omission was deliberate. A September 2024 customer, by contrast, said they hired the crew for another project after the first was finished.
