American Environmental Testing Services of New England is a one-person shop out of Bedford, New Hampshire: lead paint, mold and indoor air quality inspections for homeowners in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He's the right call for a house with suspected lead paint, a mold question, or air-quality worries — testing and a written report, not the removal work that may follow. Pin down what the inspection covers before you book: which surfaces and rooms, how many samples, and how fast the report comes back.
