I am a first time home buyer and when I was told i needed testing and inspections done on the house I was buying. Summit came up as one of the top 5 star options. Jenna was extremely prompt and accommodating. My timeline to get things done may have been shorter than is typical; however she went out of her way to make sure things were done in the time frame given. I found that to be truly above and beyond for service. When things weren’t coming back as I expected she had a wealth of knowledge pertaining to things like simple remedies for problems/companies who can help along the way if worst case scenario arose (luckily it never came to that). Her communication through the process is exactly what FHA buyers are looking for as I’m sure we are a bit more anxious. I found Summits pricing to be extremely reasonable and fair. Overall I cannot recommend them enough for any home buyer or anyone looking for testing and inspections done on a property.
