American Framless INCORRECTLy install my shower 2 times. I was a steam shower and each time the water would be all over the bathroom floor after a simple shower. My wife and I were without a shower for over 2 years. The required a significant deposit and refuse to serve their customers. After 2 years and endless calls - we finally received the minimum service.

I was looking to install a glass pool fence and contacted American Frameless, simply because they came up first in the search results. I really had no clue about them, and I was kind of confused about who they were, since the storefront says Westport Glass Co. However, after speaking with the owner, I immediately was struck by his passion and knowledge on glass pool fences. He was upfront with pricing and time frames, and although if I searched hard enough, I may have been able to save a few bucks, I could not be more happy with my decision to use American Frameless. My family, friends, and especially the neighbors, cannot stop taking about how beautiful and unique my glass fence looks! I live on the water, and I'm so happy to have a fence that's safe for my kids, but won't ruin the ocean view. I would without hesitation recommend them if you're looking for a glass pool fence.

American Frameless or Westport Glass is the Worst! They insist on at least a 50% deposit up front and they stick you with every cost. Plus they deliver months after the date promised! Stay Away and Use Anyone else!!

They have reliable and professional people working for them and can handle simple installations to very involved ones that require a lot of precision. They usually get it right the first time, but if we've ever had a problem with their work they've always corrected it immediately.
