American Garage Doors

gabriel came out to check the error message on my garage door opener and explain what was going on. He showed me that the torsion springs were worn out, and the opener was having a hard time lifting the door safely without strong springs. i really appreciated the honest advice and the fact that there was no pressure at all. American Pro Garage Doors was straightforward, and he clearly explained the repair options, how the springs affect the opener, and why fixing them would help the whole garage door system work better. gabriel was efficient, professional, and easy to talk to, and i would not hesitate to call again if i need more garage door repair or opener service in hopedale. it was a smooth visit, and i felt confident in the recommendation.

Bobby and his team were fantastic. I sent a request through the website, and he quickly called to schedule a visit to inspect our damaged garage door. I also compared a few other quotes, and their price was much better while still delivering great workmanship and excellent customer service. What stood out most was how much care they put into the garage door repair details. They replaced the weather seal, adjusted and repaired the existing track and rail, made sure the door was running smoothly, and cleaned up the work area before leaving. They took the time to explain the repair, answered my questions, and made sure everything was working safely and quietly before the job was done. If you need reliable garage door repair, fair pricing, and a crew that does quality work and goes the extra mile, I highly recommend them.

Our garage door had a problem over the weekend, and we were not sure it could be fixed before evening. I called for garage door service and Gabriel explained that weekend appointments were available and that a technician would call about 30 minutes before arrival. Bobby called right on time and showed up as promised. He quickly inspected the garage door, found the issue right away, and explained that no major parts needed to be replaced. The cable spool at the end of the door just needed a repair and adjustment. The repair was completed in less than half an hour, and the garage door was working smoothly again. The price quoted on the phone was exactly what we paid, which we really appreciated. Everything was straightforward, honest, and professional with no surprises. It was a great experience from start to finish, and we would gladly recommend this garage door installer and repair service to friends and neighbors in Hopedale. We will definitely call again if we ever need garage door service or installation help.

American Pro Garage Doors was exactly what we needed. Lawrence installed a new garage door opener for our residential 12 ft garage door in Hopedale, and the whole experience was excellent. After years of ongoing problems with the original setup, he took the time to review photos, listen to the issues we had been dealing with, and explain in simple terms why the opener on the door was the wrong type for this kind of garage door system. He recommended the right garage door opener, and the difference has been huge. The new opener is quiet, smooth, and much safer. He also added an important safety cable that had been missing before, which gave us a lot more confidence in the door’s operation. It is clear he knows garage door installation and service work very well and pays attention to the details that matter for safe daily use. We are also really happy with the extra features on the new opener, especially the outdoor keypad, motion light, and strong locking system. Those upgrades made the garage door much more convenient and secure for our home. Lawrence even left a service sticker showing the work completed, which was a thoughtful and professional touch. From the first phone call to the final installation, everything felt honest, clear, and well handled. I highly recommend them for garage door opener installation, garage door service, and regular maintenance. We will definitely call again for any future garage door needs.

From start to finish, the garage door installer service was excellent. My husband was away, and my garage door began having trouble closing properly. I called early in the morning, and gabriel was very helpful, walking me through a few steps to try to get the door shut safely. Since the error message kept showing, I decided to schedule a technician to inspect it. They were fully booked that day, but they set me up for an early appointment the next morning. Their technician, willie, arrived on time and repaired my garage door quickly. He clearly explained the issue, checked the opener and door system, shared useful maintenance tips to help it keep running smoothly, and made sure the work area was clean before leaving. i really appreciated how easy the whole process was, and jesus from the office also helped keep everything organized. I highly recommend this garage door installer service.
