American Precision Developers says it was founded in 2021 by Estenio Lima and Sara Yoffe and is based in Cambridge, serving nearby Massachusetts communities. The company describes work in bathroom and kitchen remodeling, basements, additions, siding, decks, flooring, windows, painting, ADUs and masonry; its founders say they lead the team, and the website describes them as a construction supervisor and master carpenter and a construction supervisor, respectively. The seven written reviews span 2022–2023. In a September 2023 review, a homeowner said a bathroom remodel was completed on time and as planned while the family was away, and praised clear communication. In April 2022, a customer described apartment kitchen and bathroom renovations as stress-free and said the team kept the work moving. A November 2022 homeowner cited siding, an outdoor storage space and smaller repairs, saying the crew handled some extra work without added cost and later quoted additional jobs below prior quotes. Scheduling is the clearest point to discuss before signing. A May 2023 reviewer said a renovation involving laundry installation and a permit took patience during the holiday season and warned that work could not be moved ahead of schedule; the November 2022 customer also wanted more advance notice about which days the team would be on site. Both reviewers still spoke positively about the finished work, but their comments make timing and daily updates useful items to settle early. The company may fit homeowners planning a multi-room renovation, addition or restoration who want one general contractor coordinating the work. Ask for a written schedule, how changes affect the timeline, and who will provide updates. Its website says it is licensed and insured in Massachusetts, while directory profiles list license numbers; confirm the applicable credentials with the state before relying on those claims.

We just had our bathroom remodel done by American Precision Developers and they did an amazing job from start to finish. We were away for the week and when we returned, the entire job was done, on time, exactly as planned. Sara and her team communicated clearly and consistently, were always responsive, very professional, and highly competent. We could not recommend them more enthusiastically. They delivered and were a pleasure to work with. Worth every penny.
It is being half a year since the project started. Time Leads me to a comfortable mood to evaluate this team. We have a specific renovation project for our home. This job Included installed a new laundry and needs building permit. They are quite professional in their jobs if they claim they can. The cost of expense is fairly reasonable. The only pity for us is that you can not expect timely scheduling manners as in a holiday season. Be aware that you can not get things done ahead of schedule unless you are lucky on a priority list. If you have enough time to wait like us, they are perfect team for you. Except that we have a warmly home after renovation and thank them. If the team can communicate with each other better I would strongly recommend.
Sara, Stan, and their team were great to work with. In addition to siding work by their own team, and building out an outdoor storage space, they performed some smaller repairs and brought in subs to replace a fence. Its hard to write contracts that don't leave contractors lots of room for wiggle room, so there's still a lot of trust required I was worried about what might be considered an overage or change. There were a number of situations where they did extra work that they could have said wasn't in scope, but did it anyone with no added cost to make sure the job was done right and looked great in the end. We had no surprises. Similarly, I was worried that once we had signed on for them for our main project, they would quote high for add-ons since they were already our default general contractor and would be the most convenient option for us. Again, the worry was unfounded. We added on some other jobs after the initial one, including insulating our attic, and the quotes came in under previous quotes we had for the jobs. The one thing I could see them improving is communication about their team's schedule. We didn't always get advanced notice of what would be going on each day. Sometimes this was because their team moves around to different jobs based on weather and other priorities. If it's important to you that you know what's going on each day, or have advanced warning before their team heads over, make sure they know that's a priority for you. I think they're mostly used to doing jobs on unoccupied properties where they don't have to worry about this and so they just haven't had reason to prioritize it. They were great about prioritizing things that they knew were important to us, so I'd guess they'd be able to do better with advanced notice of when work would get done if it's a priority for you.
I have used American Precision to remodel apartment units including kitchen and bathrooms. They made the process stress free with excellent craftmanship and always keeping the job moving. I could sit back and relax . Making construction an easy process.
American Precision developers helped me on a multi-unit apartment building. They made the process easy and were a pleasure to deal with. They answered every question with a quick turnaround and I was able to get the apartments rented quickly.
