I usually don’t leave reviews but I was so happy that I contacted AMH PRO for a deep cleaning. Two lovely ladies showed up and went to work right away. They spent considerable amount of time and did an extremely thorough job. I would not hesitate to recommend them or higher them again. Completely hard working, trustworthy and did a tremendous job. 5 stars all the way.

I debated writing this because I try to be fair and I know everyone has different expectations. I hired AMH because I work a lot and wanted help maintaining my home. I keep my house very clean and organized already, and I was upfront from the beginning that I’m detail-oriented and notice when cleaning isn’t done thoroughly. They agreed to work with me. The first 3–4 cleanings were honestly great and I was impressed. I also referred someone to them and received a small discount. Over time, though, I started noticing changes in consistency. Floors were sometimes left with hair, mopping didn’t seem thorough, bathrooms and toilets weren’t always cleaned well, beds looked rushed, and some areas appeared skipped (for example basement floors). I make their job easier by removing rugs, clearing bathrooms, leaving no dishes, and keeping floors clear. When I brought concerns up, I always sent photos and tried to be respectful. The owner responded kindly, even offering to send the team back and once offering a discount on a future cleaning after seeing the photos. I appreciated that and still chose to pay in full. Most recently I shared more photos and was told their workers are excellent and they don’t usually receive complaints. That may be true, but I can only speak on my experience and the things I personally observed. I’m not leaving this review to hurt anyone. I’m sharing because the beginning of service was excellent, but consistency became an issue for me over time.
