A 2014 reviewer called on a Saturday and had him at the house inside 45 minutes after four other companies didn't answer; another, writing in 2020, called about a bat at four in the morning and says he came right over, then returned twice more until he caught it.
BBB has had a file on the business since the end of 1997 and lists Riley as owner and sole employee. The profile carries an A+ BBB rating — worth reading precisely, because it is BBB's own grade and the same page states the business is not BBB Accredited.

We gave Mike a chance to solve our ant problem. After several attempts, our problem worsened. We called him and tried to explain the situation. He got annoyed with us and said that he’s been back to our home a few times already and got huffy with my husband and in an annoyed tone said that he’d call us right back. Well, he never called back. I was not surprised at all. This is no way to run a business. His lack of professionalism and people skills makes for a poor businessman and he never solved our ant problem! I would not recommend at all. Zero stars!
We had a bat in our house. I called Mike and he responded right away (which was at 4 in the morning). He came right over. He had warned me that it might be hard to find since I had lost sight of it. He searched my house high and low without finding it that morning. He told me to call him right away when I had eyes on it again. A few hours later, at noon, I heard it in my kitchen. He was at my house in minutes looking again, but was unsuccessful because I hadn't actually seen it. The next night we finally saw it again and he once again returned to my house in minutes. He captured the bat within five minutes. He was so thorough each time he searched. He was professional and most importantly reliable. I would recommend him to anyone and would use him again in the future for all my pest control needs.
NO NOT call this company! Mike gave us a 3 yr warranty after his service. Pest came back and he never returned my calls, over a week trying to get in touch with him. Oh and he charged a $$$ ladder fee with the 10 ft ladder used! Awful service, unreliable, not sure how you can run a company like that. I wished I read his bad reviews before calling.
This is my third time using them. Every time has been a GREAT experience!! Top notch people and company. Previously we had Mike and another guy and they were able to track down the path and source of the ants. They resolved the issue and we have not seen an ant in the house for about 2 years. We saw a couple this past month and we called Andover Pest Control again. Matt came out and investigated for issues and the path. He explained and showed me the issues. He treated the entire house and the path of ants. He also identified where a woodpecker is attacking our house to feed on the insects. He gave me some great ideas if the woodpecker comes back. Matt was awesome. If you have any pest issues, you should call Andover Pest Control. I AM!!
Mike from Andover Pest Control was great! He came within 45 minutes of my phone call on a Saturday. I called four other places and couldn't even get a person to answer a phone at that time. While he was at our house he took care of three large wasp nests. Mike even went a step further for us and used spray foam to block off the place where the wasps were entering the house so we didn't have to worry about them coming back. He also found a bat in the attic that we didn't even know was there. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable, and his pricing was excellent for the immediate service that we received. We will absolutely be using him again in the future and recommend his services to others.
