Seventy-three Thumbtack ratings average 5.0, and in the written reviews one name comes up again and again: Leo. Andrade Service is a Hyannis painting and remodeling company; its website describes interior, exterior and cabinet painting, drywall, power washing, remodeling and trim carpentry, with Cape Cod and several South Shore towns as its service area. On Google it holds 5 stars from 21 ratings, HomeAdvisor shows 4.9 from 20, and Angi 4.8 from 32. The recent jobs go well past a paint roller. In a July 2026 Thumbtack review, a customer described a ceiling replacement where the crew found thousands of ants nesting in the space above, sprayed and cleaned the area, and went right back to work, with furniture protected and the area cleaned at the end. A June 2026 customer had a condo painted on short notice, the crew working through the weekend and mopping the floors when they cleaned up. An April 2026 reviewer who has the house power washed every couple of years said the siding was cleaner than in the past and the gutter faces clean for the first time. Older reviews fill in the carpentry side, and several Google reviewers name a carpenter, Doug. An October 2025 customer in East Sandwich described exterior work that was power washed, sanded, primed and finished with two coats, plus clapboard replacement and stair repairs handled by Douglas. An August 2025 customer who talked to five contractors chose Andrade to rebuild a rear deck and called the price reasonable. A March 2026 Google review covered drywall, trim and painting for a kitchen renovation, and said Leo arranged for part of the flooring to be sanded and sealed when the customer's flooring company wasn't available. Basements come up too. In an October 2025 Google review, a couple left a basement key with the crew, who worked in the home while they were away; they wrote that Leo strictly followed the contract for both the timeline and the payment schedule. A December 2025 Thumbtack customer said their basement project stayed on schedule and within budget. Price is a recurring note in the 2025 Google reviews: several customers called it fair or reasonable, including two who had their kitchen cabinets painted along with the rest of the house. A 2023 reviewer put punctuality bluntly: if Leo says he will be there at 8:00, he will be there at 8:00. The Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration #206490, held by Andrade's Service Painting Inc, is listed as expired on the state registry.
Leo and his team at Andrade's Home Improvement were exceptional in all regards. Reply and scheduling was prompt, the team arrived on time and provided quality workmanship. While replacing a ceiling, thousands (literally) of ants were found nesting in the space above. Leo and crew sprayed & cleaned the area, eradicating the nest and went right back to work. The project was completed swiftly and was beautifully done. The crew was very neat, all furniture and household items were protected and the area was thoroughly cleaned when they were done. I highly recommend Andrade's and will gladly hire them for future jobs.
Leo and his team were awesome. They were able to get my condo painted on short notice working through the weekend. They even Mopped my floors when they cleaned! They showed up on time and did the work they were all pleasant and professional. Thank you again Leo and your team!
I have my house power washed every couple of years, and have used several different companies. Andrade's [Leo] services are the best by far. The siding of the house is much cleaner than it has been in the past and the face of the gutters are really clean for the first time. He went over and above what was expected. I highly recommend using Andrade's. Leo is great.
Leonardo and his team are very respectful, responsible, and highly knowledgeable in their field.
The work performed transformed my kitchen to look brand new. If anyone asks who performed the work I will highly refer them to Andrade's service.
