Andy Home Improvement is a Quincy company that the Better Business Bureau lists as five years in business, and the one written account on file describes a long-running relationship rather than a single job: in a 2021 review, a South End apartment owner said Andy had handled several projects for their unit and the building over a number of years, calling him a reliable, responsive problem-solver and easy to work with. The Better Business Bureau has accredited the company with an A+ rating since May 2022, though its own profile page shows no star rating or complaint count. There isn't much else in the public record to go on — just the one review, and it doesn't name the specific kind of work involved. Given how thin the written record is, it's worth asking for a few current references and a clear scope of work before booking. Andy Home Improvement looks like it could be a solid long-term contact based on the one relationship described, but with so little public record, most of the vetting here will have to happen directly with the company.

We have worked with Andy for a number of years. He has done several projects for us in our South End apt. and for our building. His work is excellent, he's a terrific problem-solver, he's reliable and infinitely responsive -- finally, he's just a good person and extremely easy to work with. I couldn't recommend Andy Home Improvement more highly!
