VOMA Construction Company

VOMA Construction, run by Marcin out of Quincy, shows up in reviews for the range a general contractor needs to cover — a condo renovation, a full basement rebuild, and a tiled, repainted bathroom — with the same praise repeating each time: clear communication and a listening ear for what the homeowner actually wants. A 2025 review described a condo renovation handled professionally start to finish. A 2024 review told a more specific story: after a finished basement was damaged, Servpro referred the homeowner to VOMA, and Marcin's team rebuilt it — the reviewer said it came back better than before. Another 2024 review, from someone who said they'd used VOMA for both big and small projects over several years, praised the consistency of the communication and timeliness. A pair of 2023 reviews described bathroom work — tiling and painting called out specifically as done well — and a broader renovation where Marcin offered ideas that also saved money. There isn't much to raise as a concern: the record is short, five reviews across 2023 to 2025, but every one is positive and several describe repeat business. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active. VOMA looks like a solid pick for a renovation project, big or small, where a homeowner wants a contractor who listens and communicates clearly along the way — the repeat clients in the reviews are a good sign, though it's still worth asking for a couple of current references given how small the public record is.
